Personal Narrative: Achieving My Passion
A passion is a strong and barely controllable emotion. What am I passionate about? I am passionate about achieving my goals they are very important to me. They are not just goals that don’t get me anywhere, such as growing my hair out or learning how to do a certain makeup look. I set goals for myself that I know will get me somewhere such as making all A’s on my report card and\or making a good grade on a test that is coming up. I don’t just get rid of the goal if I think I can’t do it,I try my hardest to meet that goal and make more goals that I can carry out. They are not just school based ,but also they may be based on how my lifestyle is and how I make it better. Also , I had made goals in the past based upon eating healthier and maybe …show more content…
I think since I make it a passion of mine,it really gives me motivation to strive for the very best. In the past I would start on a project, then lose focus and start on something else , then so on and so forth. Now , since I have grown to realize not accomplishing a goal does not make me any better or put me in a better place. So by achieving a goal,it puts me in a way better place and a couple of steps closer to where I want to end up in the end of my time. I want to make myself better I want to set an example for my brothers , sisters , and younger cousins. Also , I like to make my parents , and grandparents proud of me. It really shows them that I care about how I live my life and they feel as if they are also setting a good example for …show more content…
I continue to make goals for myself and continue to achieve my goals. I will carry forward striving for the best. I use to just give up but I realize that doesn’t make me any better. Some of the things I think about when I just want to give up is,“You have the patience, the strength and the passion to meet your ambitions your goals and your dreams. All you need to do now, is try.”also “What you get by achieving your goals is not as important as what you become by achieving your goals.” I had to really think about what it really meant but now I

Drive is something that tons of people have not yet to grasp. The word drive itself is just as powerful as its definition. Having a drive for something means there’s passion in what you’re doing. My drive is to get out of bed every day and be productive. It’s my drive that pushes me to get to work and push myself forward. My whole life I have been a leader, the rule maker, the boss, a take charge and a "get stuff done" type of person. These qualities I attribute to being the oldest sibling, raised by a strong mother, and a stepfather determined to raise another man’s child as best he could. I thrive in situations where I can have control and can help guide a team or myself to the best possible outcome. I apply these characteristics to nearly every aspect of my life, sometimes to a fault. After dropping out of college eight years previously, to follow my dreams of being a makeup artist, I woke up one day and decided my life need a change. Not completing school had always weighed on me over the years like an unfinished task needing to be done. So, why now, what changed? My outlook on life shifted after meeting a special little boy named Jackson.…

In our whole life, most things would not go as our wish. We sometimes feel frustrated and unwilling to try again after the failure; we feel like a total loser; we feel like, that we have been abandoned by the lucky goddess long time ago. And the thought of giving up might grab the chance and creep into our mind, trying to weaken our will to go on. But if we stop there, it won’t lead to success. Therefore, you always keep going on your way and never abandon your targets. In my opinion, it is best to never ever give up for several reasons.…

To begin, I have always been one to actively participate and blessedly achieve the goals I have set for myself so far. For example, some of my passions are biology and chemistry. These subjects pave the ways on my journey to accomplishing my goal of one day having a Nutrition and dietetics based career . These subjects have broadened my thinking past the natural skills I know I am capable of, and also help me widen my aspect of the learned skills I already know. Even though they brought me many struggles in my grade school years, chemistry and biology have always been the subjects that spark my fire. They stretch my thoughts farther than I ever imagined, carrying my dream along with it. With that said, anything that is needed to gain momentum in achieving my goal, whether it be my weakest or strongest aspect, will be undoubtedly attacked with full force. With continual hard work, I know I can achieve my dream.…

Once I wanted to talk with my friend. Unfortunately, his computer was down and I couldn’t e-mail him. His phone line was busy so I couldn’t call him. Mail would take too long so I couldn’t write him. Since I really wanted to talk with him, I got on the bus and went across town to visit him. There is always another option. I believe with my whole heart that life would be really boring if we would not have dreams and goals to follow. So, if we have a big goal in our life what wouldn't we do everything we can to make it happened. The easiest thing we can do is to have an optimistic approach and "never, never give up". For instance a weak after me and my honey meet for the first time, my honey told me she would like to have a serious relationship with me for marriage. I told her “that is not possible" a lot of times but she never, never give up on me and now we are so happy that he didn't. We got married after one year and this became a dream come true for both of us! Another reason that can make us keep trying and never stop working for your goals and "Never, never give up" is the regrets that could come if we would give up easy. Life is good and we should enjoy every minute of it. Working hard for our goals will bring us joy, happiness and satisfaction in the end. If we will give up that the rest of our lives we will live with regrets saying…

Most teenagers do not have a clue about what they want to be when they grow up. Most young adults also do not know where their path is in life. Even some full-blown adults are still trying to figure out their purpose. I was lucky. I knew exactly where I belonged from about the time I was seven up until now, at the decently young age of nineteen. I do not see my path changing anytime soon; in fact, I know it will never change. But, I did not just wake up one day as a child and know what my path was, while that would be impressive. Defining moments in one’s life defines who they are. There were lots of things I experienced in my life that made me realize my purpose, my absolute passion. I had four of these defining moments in my short span of…
