In sixth grade, I did not have proficient skills of connecting different topics. In sixth grade, I was frustrated with having to learn subjects with no apparent purpose, but I now know that knowledge holds the key to success. I also have also shown growth in my collaboration and teamwork skills. When I entered middle school, I was firmly against working in groups because i thought that others would be a detriment to success on the project. Now, as an eighth grader, I am aware that everyone can bring something valuable to the table, and collaboration can aid in success. For the remainder of eighth grade, I would like to train my brain to think more creatively and practically, because analytical, creative, and practical thinking are needed to think efficiently.
