I started getting up at the break of dawn, to start with my stretches. My Stretches include the following: Right leg, Left leg, Center, Pulling back the left leg, Pulling back the right leg,Butterfly, Push ups, Sit-ups. I look at how much my heart rate should be at and what would happen if I passed the max heart rate for thirthteen to fourteen year olds,for example: heart attack, stroke, seizures. This was a very dramatic and life killing moment for me. I couldn’t run without going over my max limit and I didn’t want to stop Cross-Country because of my condition. I later figured out I have a irradiated heart rate, meaning that my heart beats faster than regular teens doing the same exercises. Since, my heart rate goes between 95-136 beats per minute, while sitting down, I needed to learn that I can’t over do anything and control my breathing because in racing your breathing starts getting heavy and faster, this will increase your heart rate even more.The more i control it, the better I was at
