Personal Narrative Essay: Genocide

Yesterday, late in the afternoon, a massacre occurred by lake Asus. A boy named William, brother of victor an ex professor at the University, was strangulated to his sinister death. Friends described him a “ nice chap with a lot to offer.” He had a “bright future”. He had finished school and headed for the lake as usual, but it dawned on his parents that William was not home at around 6 in the evening. Eyewitnesses claim that a large man like creature murdered an innocent boy named: William. Stacy described it as a”horror to watch”, she was the first to inform the police.

“A formal inquiry has been launched into the incident but is still in its preliminary stages” explains Sargent Steve. It has been highlighted that this is not the first sighting
My rod was perched on a branch while I took a small break to check on my bait. Then in the corner of my eye I saw a child, no more than 8 years old, playing by the river. This was no time for someone this young to be all alone, so I decided to speak to him. I proceeded to the boy when suddenly I halted. My sixth sense echoed for me to stop, a mere 10 seconds passed when I pondered over why I had stopped. I was surprised at the abrupt change of weather, my body became surrounded by a ‘cold’ darkness and colds descended from heaven to earth. My body was shaking as a chill swam up my back tickling my hairs. A large figure advanced towards William, a monster, it had to be. Its feet pounded the ground as the innocent boy turned around. The minutes that followed were ones I could never forget… They exchanged a small conversion when the monster like object screamed “ You are related to Victor, you shall not survive”. The boy was picked up then he cascaded to the floor, life slowly exited him while I ran in fear”.

I have one message for the people, “Stay inside and don’t confront the monster. He his roughly 7ft tall and posters are pinned round the town. We are in our darkest days and this will never be
