Personal Narrative Essay: The Journey To Oregon
In Independance, Indianapolis March 1, 1847 I began the journey to Oregon with a couple of my good acquaintances Jermaine, Jesus, Chester, and Max. Everything we brought was written in our group list. As we started to head off we were accompanied by a group of girls in Illinois, they were also traveling to Oregon, they wanted help passing Cheyenne territory up ahead. We agree to escort them but they had to pay half of the fee for the wagon master. Their names were Edmel, Alaysa, Cheyenne, Arianna, and Breanna. We camped in Lincoln, Nebraska for the night, before taking off again at dusk.
