One way I hope to improve the year is by efficiently spending my time during the day. I usually spend my time avoiding important tasks, such as studying for a test, or running errands. In order to plan out my day and monitor my time, I have downloaded an app called, ATracker. This app allowed me to plan out my day and add alarms for each activity. I was able to keep myself on track and accomplish my goals for the day. I started noticing my procrastination decrease, due to the “deadline” of each task. The alarms pushed me to get the work done and I began...I was able to finish most of the tasks I needed to do, like getting groceries and getting started on my upcoming projects.

I usually get very tired halfway through the day and I wanted to change that. I can exercise every morning for 30 minutes to get the boost of energy required to start my day. I also wanted to ask my doctor for advice on improving my exhaustion. My doctor recommended meditating, which would decrease my stress and increase my energy and sleep. I doubted the effect meditation would have, but I decided to do it anyway. After the first week of exercising and meditating, I found a significant improvement.
