Personal Narrative-It's Stupid Racism
It’s stupid fucking reflection time! It’s about to be ten o’clock and I still have typed the paper. I did do a little research and wrote a little down, but I’m still being a lazy piece of shit. Stupid shit is running through my mind like Christina’s fucking discovering bullshit part 2! In all honesty, I was pretty fucking surprise to what bullshit Hitelo got himself into this time, and “I told you so” never once crossed my mind. Maybe I was too hopeful and thought since Alexa has been born, he wouldn’t be doing shit like that in the first place. He accusing Christina of fucking around should have been a red flag because he done this before and it turned out he was the one who had a one night stand. Those girls he was talking too were teenagers too and they were sending each other nudes. Cracker on a whacker. And I’ve been meaning to say this but didn’t have the words for it …show more content…
I don’t get what his fucking deal is and he needs to get his head out of his ass. He probably don’t respect what Christina’s been doing with the baby, he assumes its easy shit when it’s not. Whatever Honduras said about how she’s being dumb because she left him gets off easy, I agree. I don’t agree with the “so you should cheat too” but she already did, no matter how much she denies it or claims it doesn’t count cause he only put it in for a minute. Thinking about some more and it is pretty ignorant to think that just because Alexa is here that they’ll stop all their bullshit. It stopped Christina but that’s because she has to watch her all day. Reminder to self; babies don’t fix shit automatically. In all honesty, I thought they did got better and worked it out, but some shit never changes. Zilla did have her stupid-as-fuck moments, but this dude always has to amp it up. Truth and trust is something they desperately need, not one or the other, both are very important. Slowly I’m learning little more about myself, maybe it’s because there’s not

An isolated community of the struggling longshoremen living under the exploitation of the corrupted union is introduced in one of Elia Kazan’s brilliant works in filmmaking, “On the Waterfront”. The viewers are moderately convinced, by looking at the mere world of brute force and injustice, that someone has to play the heroic role in order to return justice and hope to the working class on this dock. Edie Doyle seems to stand out among the rest as a candidate with her superior quality possessed from her strong Christian values. Likewise, someone like Terry Malloy who being seen as “a bum” by everyone, also manages to lead the longshoremen out of the ruthless dominance of Johnny Friendly in the end therefore earn his statue of a hero. However, as the viewers follow the development of the film, it is realized that Kazan’s notion of heroism is likely to exist as a fulfillment of self-interest and the victory only stops at a level of personal achievement.…

My mother, sister, and I were driving down Highway 124 on a hot July day when my mom screamed and slammed on the breaks. Fear rushed through our bodies. Outside the car window, a short young African American man was launched into the air. As he came down, a loud boom sounded as his body helplessly rolled off the hood of the faint green Toyota Corolla in front of us. The man lay motionless in the road while we waited for what seemed like hours for the driver to exit the car. His red shirt and gym shorts were ripped. The driver of the opposing car threw the vehicle in reverse in a spasmodic action in an attempt to end the man’s life. The injured man made an effort to crawl onto the Wendy’s sidewalk, forcing his body up on the curb to evade the car. The driver drove up onto the curb and blew its tire, just barely missing the wounded man. Realizing the driver would stop at nothing, my mother drove her white suburban in front of the car, blocking the violent perpetrator from doing any further damage.…

The people that I will be analyzing are Jen the Pen, Raqi Thunder, and Ebro. Raqi comes up with this idea to start a radio talk show on Hot 97 with Jen the Pen. So Raqi sets up a meeting for her and Jen with the program director Ebro from Hot 97. During the meeting Raqi and Jen propose the idea of a talk with two women, which had never been done before. Ebro explains to them that he is not looking for anyone at the moment, but he agreed to come to the meeting because of his love for Raqi. Ebro lets Raqi and Jen know that in order for them to get interviews and credibility they cannot flirt with the guys who come to the radio station. He also informs them that if he does not like the way the show is being conducted, then it will not happen. Raqi and Jen had an audition at Hot 97 which would determine whether their show would become permanent or not. During the audition they interviewed a rapper by the name of Vado. While Raqi was flirting, Jen was trying to stay on track by asking question that would not move in the direction of flirting because that was exactly what Ebro told them not to do. A few days later Raqi and Jen met up to discuss how their audition went and things got out of hand. Jen felt like it was “Raqi’s world” and she was just there. Raqi explains to her that she was just doing her a favor by letting her be apart of what she had been working towards for months. From there, they got into a heated argument where hurtful words were exchange and their partnership ended.…

Throughout my seventeen years, I have met and dealt with various groups of people with diverse ethnic backgrounds from school or through my volunteer activities. However, nothing prepared me for my summer job at the new local Walmart store. The first day of my first paying job was also the grand opening day for Walmart at the Dulles Landing store. I have met countless employees and customers with so many different backgrounds and cultures, who communicate with each other in so many different languages. The whole atmosphere at the Walmart store feels like I am in the middle of the busy World Market. There are countless demanding and exasperated customers that I deal with each day at the customer service counter. Through this experience,…

For the once isolated immigrant from the hot deserts of the Middle East, never have I expected the open doors of opportunity at my grasp and the growth that soon followed within the freshman year of high school in the US. Before my immigration, I never truly experienced the challenge of a demanding curriculum. As such, I experienced an immense culture shock within my mind. Despite the difficulty of the transition, I knew it was worth it because I discovered an aspect of myself that remained dormant till I entered the gates of my new school.…

It was the second day of second grade. I was on the school bus sitting next to my best friend when the bus suddenly halted, making a loud SCREECH. I looked out the window to see the reason why. There was a metro bus, green, long, and making me late to school. As I was staring at the bus and the line of people that seemed to stretch out for miles, one person, in particular, caught my eye. It was a woman she looked young, probably 19, but she looked foreign. Foreign to the average American, but not me. She reminded me of my aunt. She was wearing a lavish dark cloth carefully stitched with elegant embroidery that covered her whole body. I didn’t continue to think much of it as I began to play patty cake with my friend, but a few moments passed…
