During Labor Day weekend, I'll be able to go watch Maria Sharapova shriek away on Arthur Ashe Stadium. I really hope she cuts down on the double faults this match. Maybe she'll finally manage to beat Serena.
On a chilly fall night after class, I'll be able to venture down Broadway, and sit down and watch a play or two. I'll probably end up watching Mamma Mia; I'm a huge ABBA fan. My mom is going to be so jealous.

I've lived in America for 11 years, yet I haven't been to a baseball game. Have I even truly lived? Where else to start than Yankee Stadium itself? Let's just hope the Yankees win. Maybe I'll even catch a foul ball.
I know that location is not the only important feature Columbia possesses. The high quality of academics and the variety of extra-curricular activities have played a huge role in my decision to apply for this college. It is just great knowing that I'm going to have so many things to make my time at Columbia
