Personal Narrative: My Band Journey
During my time in high school, I have been apart of Band which included Marching, Pep, and Concert Band, Cross Country, National Honor Society, I was a Junior Class Officer and planned prom, and Musical Stage Crew. I have also done quite a bit of traveling in the past few years, traveling to Ireland, Scotland, Wales, England, France, Spain, Monaco, and Italy. I have a lot of interest in experiencing and learning about new cultures. As for community activities, I am a volunteer with Big Brothers Big Sisters and visit with my “little brother” once a week to spend time with him.

    Bands of America was very cool this year! The bus ride went very well, only problem being that every bump hit would rewind the movie that was playing.     Before I had even started high school I hit a very deep depression. I struggled with it for years. I felt I had no family and no friends. It was a very hard time for me.
