to enjoy your money. Secondly, I have a way of thinking that goes against the normal goals taught to someone when growing up. For instance, most are taught at a young age to pick a career, and then try to become it. However, I think that it shouldn’t have to stop there. Who says we can only have one source of income? For example I plan to have a full time job at a hospital, but I also admire houses, so in addition I plan to learn how to manage real-estate properties. Another example that my mentor has done is the purchasing of jet-skis and then puts them through a company that rents out jet-skis so that he makes a percentage of the rental income. Resulting in another source of income while he still gets to ride his jet-skis whenever he wants. I have learned that it is extremely important to pick careers in relation to what you are passionate about even if that may be more than passion. I believe that having multiple sources of income is a major factor in being successful. My third strategy is kind of blunt, but is a good lesson for anyone. My boss told me something he learned as a fresh employee in the corporation that stated: “never miss a perfect opportunity to keep your mouth shut”. We have all had out moments with a boss when we got just a little to bold or comfortable and then you end up saying something that definitely wouldn’t be beneficial to you.. So again, never miss the opportunity to keep your mouth shut. It is best to be humble and keep your mouth shut.
