Personal Narrative: My Esperanza Shop
I Esperanza shopped at your store #702 1739 SW Loop 410 on 11/14/15.
I love to shop at your company I usually find everything I need without any problems.
I purchased a large leather black coat, material #604 for that night and the material on the stitching started coming off making the jacket a hole on the bottom of my sleeve towards my hand.

I’m finding it hard to understand how or why when it was only worn that same day it was purchased. I took it back to the store the next day on 11/15/15 but they said there was nothing they can do about it because the tag was ripped off the coat and it was worn.

I paid $20.00 for the coat I would like to wear it more than one time. If I have the receipt and the tag still I don’t see why there can’t

Before the Industrial Revolution, most families made their clothes themselves. Clothes had a special meaning to these people as told in Passage 2, "part of this practice took on a religious significance and was conducted in sacred spaces. Fabric itself could be very meaningful." The fabric was difficult to make, and as a result, was very expensive. Since the fabric was expensive, most cultures had a robe that was common among people, since robes wasted less fabric. There was no such thing as a zipper or even a button, so clothes were harder to get on and keep on. Clothes were not replaceable, they got handed down to each person in a family and merely got mended, to help save the money they didn't have.…

The Cheesecake Factory, I once believed that the establishment would be a bakery that primarily sold cheesecakes, sweets and such. Although, I’ve never heard much about the restaurant, or what it actually was other than people are familiar with the establishment and only comment on the cheesecakes. Yet, I had not known that that was the place I was dining in, I only believed under presumption of its name that we were going to eat at some other random place when I walked through the doors of the restaurant. Now the reason I say random was the fact that this place was not like how I imagined the praiseworthy Cheesecake Factory to be at all. My expectations of this place was exactly how Willy Wonka & the Chocolate Factory felt and as colorful as Tim Burton’s remake of Alice in Wonderland was.…

I remember anxiously waiting for 9:00 o’clock so we could go explore the store. The grocery store could be kind of spooky during the night but this didn’t bother us too much because we would be busy playing tag or hide and seek throughout the store. The grocery store has seven aisles. Aisles 1, 2, 3, 4, and 5 are nothing special but aisle 6 is divided into in half by a variety of items as well as a candy box ( I don’t know what else to call it).…

Theron can claim the defense of a unilateral mistake. The defense can claim that Theron did not know that Reimond Weil were to be worn at all occasions. Another defense that Theron can claim is that the contract was entered into by mistake without her knowledge. There are some stipulations for regifting. It’s not a good idea to regift a handmade gift because it was made just for the receiver and might not be up to par with something they can get from the store. If they plan on regifting something, they should avoid using it. Their peers might notice it’s something they’ve used or worn before and feel like a burden or uncared for because of it. Lastly, they shouldn’t tell anyone it was a regift, especially the receiver or the original gifter.…
