My slot play habits at Lucky Eagle have not changed over the years, so the significant loss in my Free Play is very frustrating considering the amount of time and money I spend at your casino each month. It was my understanding that you track play each quarter in relation to benefits received, but how do you determine the amount of Free Play for the quarter? When did your newly remodeled slot section open this year? If my account shows I had more slot play up until May, and then it decreased to the point that I've lost half my Free Play since June; perhaps I've not been getting the credit I should be earning when playing the new games. I always make sure my player's card is installed correctly on every game I play. Because I've not seen the "timers" at the bottom right of the screen activate on any of your games, the amount of time spent/credit earned on the machines cannot be tracked by the player. That's why I always try to play long enough at each machine so it counts towards my totals. …show more content…
Just a suggestion: If your slot machine timers are not all calibrated the same, and/or are tracking at a lower rate than actually played - or not at all - those are problems that might need to be addressed.
Your consideration regarding this matter is appreciated.
