Individually I was put in charge of all the signage for the stadium. I creatively designed each sign that was placed on the concourse as well as a lineup and standings board to display each day. In addition to the signage, I was responsible for providing the projected attendance for each game. I created a spreadsheet that included the attendance projections for all 28 home games along with the ticket and meal voucher numbers for all reading program nights. I made sure to update the spreadsheet every day to assure the projections were accurate whenever my boss needed them. Some interns would help me carry out the signs and correctly place them throughout the concourse and others would help me gather the data needed to update the spreadsheet. Once the gate opened was when communication really became crucial. I oftentimes worked at Guest Services where I was in charge of handing out the prizes for the different promotional events throughout the game; therefore, I had to be communicating with the interns at all times to be aware of which prize was being handed out to who at what time. I think the hardest part of the job however was the long hours. I knew after standing for five or so innings all of us interns were exhausted and hungry. With this in mind, once my job was done at Guest Services I would eat and then start relieving other interns of their positions so they could take a break as well. With how many hours we all worked, it was important to make sure everyone was able to take the same amount of breaks to
