My anxiety and worries about being a co-leader for the first time of a treatment group is my lack of experience and I am afraid of making too many mistakes when first starting out. Of course, the anxiety and worries relate to being inexperienced and I feel that if I had more experience when starting out that I would be less anxious. In addition, the idea of evening doing this is a scary process because it is something new and I need to feel prepared and know what I am doing, otherwise, I will be lost in the process. However, since taking this course it has relieved that anxiety to some extent because it is giving me the tools to prepare for working with groups and guidelines to follow for the process and I am realizing that I can do this and with time I will gain experience and not feel lost or unsure of myself.
