Personal Narrative: My Personal Strengths As A Social Worker

I have several personal strengths that will benefits me as a social worker. First, communication is a strength I have because you have to be able to communicate with many people. In this field, it is imperative to be clear about the services a clients will receive. Communication builds rapport relationship among the social worker and the clients. When solving situation, it is important to communicate advantage to clients that are within reality. Secondly, I am an active listener which will allow me to engage in every conversation with my clients.
