Personal Narrative: My Trip To Disney World
A Kid’s Dream
I remembered my trip to Disney World in Orlando like it was yesterday. I was 9 years old when my mom woke my siblings and me up early in the morning to surprise us about a trip to Disney World. At that time we were living in North Carolina so you can see how excited I was to go to Disney World. Instead of flying from North Carolina to Orlando my mother decided to drive down. Man was I upset because I couldn’t wait to get to Disney World.
On the way to Orlando the drive wasn’t bad at all we stop at different cities in Florida on the way down. Cities like Delray and St. Augustine was two that I remember because of the culture the two cities hold. Arriving to Disney World you can see other amusement parks such as Universal Studios, Wet n Wild, Sea World and a host of other tourist locations. Disney World is a beautiful place there is so much to do. Magic kingdom was one of my favorite in Disney World the rides there was amazing. There is multiple rides in magic kingdom tomorrow land and Space Mountain

With all the different attractions that are included inside of Disney World any kid will have the time of their life. No kid wants to leave Disney World after seeing Mickey and Minnie. This place automatically puts a smile on your face as soon as you arrive. Seeing the joy from everyone as they enter Disney World is amazing feeling because everyone is there to enjoy the attractions.
Disney World will always be my most memorable place that I visited as a child. I have children now and I made sure they felt that feeling I felt when I visited Disney World. I will always enjoy the times I spent at Disney World especially the rides and the amazing food. I would always recommend Disney World to be a place to visit whether you have a family or not. The whole picture of Disney World is a once in a lifetime experience that I would never

Some people come from out of state to enjoy the theme park in spring and summer break. It is a fun place because there are many things to do even though it is less rides. I still love all the roller coasters and my favorite roller coaster is the Alpengist. Lines can be long, but never disappoints me at all. Amazing roller coasters their I like most of them. They have roller coasters for adults and young children. They also have wolves, goats and a dog it is kind of cool because they are very shy and curious. During the summer time, they have fireworks. This is the best feature in the park. Everyone also enjoys the Howl-O-Scream and Christmas Town. I've never been to the Christmas town, but I heard it is nice. In December, Christmas lights are placed on the rides as décor. I really enjoy seeing penguins and having fun visiting all the different…

I remember the day vividly: the sizzling of food frying, children yelling, my tears running, it was the first time I adventured to Six Flags. The uneasiness of my stomach while swaying tens of feet from the ground on the Texas Giant petrified the adventurous spirit out of me. However, I did not realize that moment `would shape the next eight years of life, emerging in my memory at every unfamiliar experience I faced. It was my senior year when I declined an invitation to go camping with my friends an epiphany struck me. How many of these opportunities was I going to skip out on due to my reluctant manner?…

We will start at the very first park that was open to the public and that was Magic Kingdom. The main icon in Magical Kingdom is Cinderella Castle. This castle has always been so beautiful ever since I first saw it. There are many attractions as you stroll through Magic Kingdom. You can visit Main street where they offer shopping and dining. You can then head over to Fantasyland to meet the princesses and to visit their castles, you can also head over to Tomorrow-land where you're able to ride my two favorite rides Space Mountain, and into the future.…

The little exhausted 6 year old girl, running through crowds of people and in circles looking for her mom or just familiar faces. From riding the Mine Digger roller coaster, slipping away from my cousin for a quick snack, eventuality became separate from the group, then found by Daffy Duck and rescue by my cousin. I knew this was going to be my last trip to Six Flags. Before leaving Texas, my mom had request a trip to California to visit my great aunts and SeaWorld next…

It was just a boring day in my hometown, a traditional, weak entrance a lot of narrative stories use to try to get the attention of the readers. This story, however, isn’t one of those traditional stories; this one involves a day that had been exciting up to that point already. The memory that resonates daily throughout my mind would have to be the time when I went to Six Flags for the first time in my life. Before I jump into my story, I should tell you my friends mess with each other a lot, almost to the point where we get into fights with each other.…

We drove down in separate cars from Kentucky enduring about thirteen long hours of “fun” with my immediate family. We finally arrive in animal kingdom where we are staying in one of the Disney hotels. We get to our room and get settled in when I look out on the balcony and see giraffes, and antelopes, and peacocks walking around in my back yard. It was one of my favorite parts of this trip. We then go out to wait for the bus to take us to our first kingdom, epcot. I remember immediately being here as a child and know exactly what I want to go and do and see. Now being seventeen, I take one of my cousins and we go off on our own to see what we want to experience. We go to the science museum and learn about space and evolution which has through my high school years been very beneficial to me. Having fun and learning at the same time was great. I spend the entire next day going around to all the rides and enjoying them at least two times each. I couldn’t believe how much fun I was having. After that I went to the stores and got all the things I wanted to take back home to remember this trip…

The mechanical chairs were going up, 100ft in the air we were ready for our stomachs to drop to our feet, adrenaline pumping. Then all of the sudden we were in a situation; death or survival? On one normal day of school my friends and I (Bri, Keishon, Chaniece, and Datasia) were sitting at the lunch table eating our food. Then Bri brought up the idea that we should all take a road trip to Six Flags. Keishon agreed, “sounds like a good idea to me.” Everybody else then agreed with Bri that it was a good idea. After school we all decided to meet at Bri’s house after we had packed our stuff. We decided that we were going to get a hotel there and go out to eat after leaving Six Flags. From the other room Datasia yelled, “Are you guys ready?” We…

Magic is what these places share. They were created to build and spread joy within the hearts of the people. Though one of these was built before the other, they both aim to fulfill their tasks, and bring magic to the visitors to both resorts. There are die hard Disney fans that will argue that Disney Land is better than Disney World, though the size, the unique attractions and rides, and the history of each will settle the argument that one of these vacation spots is better than the other.…

When we think Disneyland, we think the happiest place on earth. For those who think this is an exaggeration, let me shed some light on why this place is magical for me. Disneyland to me means family traditions with a heart full of happiness and love. When you first enter Disneyland, you are overcome with a vast amount of emotions. I get a nervous feeling deep inside my gut. The excitement overwhelms me, knowing that in just a few small steps, I will see the castle at the end of Main Street. The smell of churros are in the air. The crowds are filled with children and parents. You can hear children’s laughter and excitement. And if you look closely, you can see Mickey and friends in the corner signing autographs and taking pictures. I close my…
