Personal Narrative: My Trip To Mall Of America
On spring break, I traveled to minnesota to go to the Mall of America . I was so excited and kind of nervous. I was nervous because it was my first time ever riding on a plane. When I went to the airport I really didn't know what to do. I was confused, all these security checks was really stressful and exhausting. When we got in line to go on the plane I was very nervous I didn't know what to do. I wanted to turn back, but I couldn't.
So we got on the plane, I looked around I never seen an airplane so big but in a tight space. I sat next to the window seat with butterflies in my stomach. Some people say that you shouldn't sit by the window seat if you're a first timer. My mom took a picture of me I looked so scared. They gave us the directions

I really didn't see anything in there that I really wanted so I went to the next store. I then came across DEB clothing store to find me a dress for one of my 8th grade graduation events. I found one of the dresses that I wanted, it was a high-low white dress with lace. I went to macy, i found a swimsuit that i really liked.
My mom told me no I couldn't get it because I was starting to get fat. She made me cry in the dressing room and I'm guess she heard or saw me. She told me that she felt bad that she was sorry and she was just trying to help me from looking like those girls who don't care what they put on. So after that I tried on more dresses for my graduation events and every dress I tried on my mom said she like, I guess to make me feel better. So, i finally found a dress that I liked and we bought it.
We went to go ride on the rides at the amusement park, that was kind of funny because my mom was scared. After that we still looked around for a little bit and went home. We went to go eat at TGI Fridays, the food there was really yummy, I had the cajun chicken and shrimp alfredo. That night, I packed my things so I can leave the next day. We made our way to the airport and I came home. At first, I wasn't enjoying the trip because of my mom but at the end I actually ended up having

I remember the day vividly: the sizzling of food frying, children yelling, my tears running, it was the first time I adventured to Six Flags. However, I did not realize that moment `would shape the next eight years of life, emerging in my memory at every unfamiliar experience I faced. It was my senior year when I declined an invitation to go camping with my friends an epiphany struck me. How many of these opportunities was I going to skip out on due to my reluctant manner?…

When I turned fourteen, I had a long talk with my parents about my big day only being a year away and how we needed to start with all of the preparations. The first thing I look for was my dress. In my vision, it was the most beautiful, shiny, and spongy dress. I wanted to be a princess for a day. One day after school my older sister, Carolina, had a magazine with prom dresses in it. Since she was a senior, she was on the looking for a dress too. As we saw the magazine, we found a lot of pretty dresses and told my mom to take us shopping, so that Carolina could try some on. As we arrived to the store "Glitz and Glamour", we found out they sold quinceañera dresses as well. My mom asked the employee to bring us some quinceañera dress magazines, while Caro and I watched the magazines for prom dresses. Suddenly, I stumbled upon a beautiful, green, shiny dress. It was perfect. As soon as I saw it, I said, "Mom, I want this dress for my quinceañera." We told the lady that I wanted the dress and she explained that it was available in pink and green. Since I had fallen in love with the color, I told my mom I wanted it in green, but since the tradition is pink, it was obvious that my mom was going to say no. I disagreed with my mom and ordered it green. The lady told us that my dress would arrive in four days. I was…

First with my girlfriends over the years, goofing off on trips to the mall trying on gorgeous flowing gowns for fun, and then it was finally time for me to buy one, finally a formal occasion where I got to dress up in a fancy gown with high heels, my Mom took me to the mall.
