On Friday, the first day of winter break, we all loaded into the car. The trip itself lasted its usual length, but it was exciting. The simple concept of a short road trip was even more entertaining with the accompaniment of Emily. After the ride Emily, her brother Julian, and I was dropped off at the Polynesian resort. The walk up the stairs was filled with the sight of people standing and sitting around within the resort. Some sipped on beverages while others strolled along the shelves of the resort shops. The monorail was a short wait. Our party was soon aboard and heading towards the parks. I'd always look at her and she would smile back. The lights of the parks and buildings during the evening made her smile glow exponentially. Epcot was already inching its way into the darkness. Spaceship Earth was our first stop. After the initial trip through Disney’s version of history, we rode the ever-classic Pirates of the Caribbean. The pavilions of countries are the Quintessential aspect of Epcot. Each unique realm captures the essence of Epcot; international differences all unified into a single whole within one park. Exploring the countries took the majority of the night. Eventually, we ate sushi in the Japanese…

The Child By Tiger by Thomas Wolfe The story, "The Child By Tiger" written by Thomas Wolfe, is primarily interpretive literature, not escape literature. "Escape literature" is written purely for pleasure, while "interpretive literature" is written for pleasure and to help us understand the world around us. Interpretive literature educates, asks questions about life and presents some aspects of life that we may not want to face. " The Child by Tiger" is interpretive literature because of the way the author presents the story, the way it ends, the way it educates us, and especially how it helps us understand man's darker nature.…

This coming weekend I am planning to go to my dream vacation with my family. I want to go to Santa Barbara. It is going to be a long trip, so before w go I am going to reserve our hotel room and book our tour to go see the amazing Heart Castle. Also, I am going to buy a train ticket so we can enjoy our trip and see fun locations. The first day we are going to stay at a beautiful hotel called “Madonna”. This hotel is all pink with flowers roses everywhere it has a nice lounge, a confortable room, and there food is also delicious. The second day we will swim in the ocean and my husband is planning to make some barbeque for the family around the beach. At seven o’clock I am going to go to a concert and have fun with my husband. While we are there we are planning to go wine tasting with my family because I love to drink wine. On Sunday morning our bus will take us to Hearst Castle. The museum opens at 8:00 a.m. in the morning and it is a long tour. Because Heart Castle is extremely big we are going to buy a ticket individually to be able to explore all the rooms possible in a day. I am very excited about this vacation because this vacation will be amazing, enjoyable, and relaxing for all of us.…

After everyone was done stretching, we made our way to registration. We were greeted by people dressed in clothing from the nineteenth century. The lobby had golden oversized chandeliers and right outside the lobby was a clear picturesque river. Once we were done with registration, we headed to our cozy little home away from home which was known as Alligator Bayou. The resort we were staying at was a depiction of New Orleans, Louisiana. It felt as though we were the only people there.…

Smiling from ear to ear, like a 3-year-old child, I peeked out the window as we began our road trip to the happiest place on earth, Disney. I felt so much anticipation and excitement I could burst from my seat. We blasted the radio in anticipation for the next three days of amazement that awaited us. It had been over a year since I last visited Disney and I knew that once I laid my eyes on the sparkling 186 foot, concrete Cinderella castle, the reminiscent memories from previous trips would return. My mom, my best friend, Emilly, and I bought a 3-day pass to enjoy the parks. A magical place like Disney generally brings happiness; reminding us of our childhood memories, however this time it ended up turning into a nightmare. If only I would’ve known what awaited me before wasting time and money on that trip.…

The vacation will start as a road trip with four of my children and my fiancé from Tampa, Florida to Houston Texas to pick-up two of my children Marlon and Mia. We will ride in my grandparents upscale Recreational Vehicle and explore many of the Southern states. After we retrieve Marlon and Mia we will head back to Florida. Since my children enjoy the attractions in Orlando, we will start our adventure at Universal Studios. I’ll make sure we’re the first family in line when the park opens. The entire day will be spent at Universal Studios and we will make an attempt to walk every area of the park. That night we will adventure to City Walk and have dinner at Arabian Nights where we will enjoy the scenery and take pictures for our family scrapbook. The next morning the family will enjoy breakfast together before we head to Orlando’s indoor skydiving. We will take the course as a family and conquer our fears of heights and enjoy skydiving as a family. The entire dive will be photographed and recorded as well as added to our family vacation scrapbook collection. The next stop on our list is Sea World. My children love animals of the sea, so this is the perfect attraction for our entire family. This attraction is not only fun, but it also is educational. We will get up-close and personal with the animals and enjoy every moment of it. We will whine down our vacation by taking a trip to the bowling alley and having a family fun…
