Personal Narrative-The Helicopter
“You’re trapped now, Erik.” He said. His goons had me trapped on the roof. He had a Spec-Ops 40 cal. Pointed at my forehead. “That’s what you think. Sorry, Mr. G. I kind of have to go. Tell Bone I said hello,” I said as I jumped off the roof, in freefall motion. Have you ever felt the wind rush in your hair as you fell from a roof, hurling to the ground? No? It’s a really fun! “Blah, blah, whatever. I really don’t care what it does, unless it explodes.” I jumped out the helicopter to a nearby water tower. “Hey! Chad!” I yelled to my best friend. “You deaf?” I whacked him in the back of his head.
“What- oh! Hey Erik, or Agent Z, red-rank agent.” Chad identified me. Chad’s the headquarters engineer. He also happens to be the genius that created the Magno-Gloves.
“You’re gloves didn’t work! I about fell to my death while climbing the building.” I tossed him the gloves.
“Well for starters, you didn’t have them on. Secondly, these are for Blue-rank agents only. You have your grappling hook.” He led me out the door. “Listen, I’m busy right now, come back …show more content…
I rose my hands in the air, and heard a gunshot. The air vent next to Sean exploded, and he went flying back inside.
“You alright, Agent Z?” She yelled to me from a stealth helicopter.
“Yeah, I’m fine! Just a normal day for me.” She jumped out, and landed next to me, “Are we going after Bone and Sean, Xi?”
“Negative. Not us, but the A-ranks are.”
Gunshots pinged everywhere. Sean must’ve gotten reinforcements, after all the two best agents were here. Our helicopter went down, “Looks like we only have one exit.” I looked at the roof door.
She shoved me and I slid near the edge of the roof. She fell to her knees. She clutched her neck, and screamed. I ran to her, and dragged her behind cover.
“I’m sorry, Erik. I-I.”
“Don’t speak, Veronica…” I ripped a part of my shirt and tried to stop the bleeding.
“E-Erik. I. I see the stars. I-I see my mom.” She closed her eyes, and uttered two words, “A-avenge. M-me…” Her body went limp.
I bellowed in rage. I took her gun and rose from my cover. I saw Bone laughing, and talking to Sean. Sean pointed at me.
“You think you’re tough, little boy? Come on then.” Bone took off running. I took off after him, shoved a few people down, two off the
