What I meant here is, it is preferable to use closed-ended question since the patients only need to answer yes or no. The patients that come to the clinic might not really understand or even don’t know how to explain it in the simplest way. So 6 to 7 months of the internship was a small portion of the chiropractic practitioner life, where I gain experienced only the pieces of the skill. 7 months internship trained me to improve my performance by using repetitive of psychomotor skill, assessment of skills and feedback. So, all the advice from the clinician and my colleagues will help me to be a more positive person.
In the job settings, where all the emotion and the knowledge will be tested. Long hours to deal with works, deal with the different kind of people, different conditions and the new environment. So a constant self-reflective process involving feedback from success or lack of success with history, exam, diagnosis, adjusting skills and patient management to transform their perspective from student intern to real doctor. So, I hope that I will be more confident to treat the patient with a serious condition in the future
