Learning Activity #1: Week Two Devotional
This week’s devotional includes a scripture that is one I tend to reflect on daily in my pursuit of displaying a Christ like character. Though my deeds could never compare to those of Jesus I eagerly look for opportunities to show his kindness through my actions. I’ve learned from experience that our job is to take care of God’s people he will take care of us. Over the years my appreciation of being a servant to the things of Christ has grown, today I enjoy every aspect of bearing the cross. Some believe that when you get saved you become exempt from the reality of life however in my opinion being a devoted helper to those in need takes a special anointing along with a compassionate understanding heart.
