In order to get an understanding of what my strengths are, I interviewed three different individuals. In my opinion, the views of these different individuals would give a reflection of what really would be my strengths. In order to get their feedback to follow up questions, I conducted my interviews by phone.
Here are the names and the relationships of the persons I contacted in my interviews. Firstly, Andrew Nepal, a co-worker. Andrew and I were also classmates at Westfield one year ago. Secondly, Kevin Ryan, he is a church mate and a close family friend I have known since 2012, and lastly, Stanley Baya, my cousin. My choice of these three is because they are persons that I have constant interactions with in their three different social settings. For example, I interact with Andrew mostly in the place of work and our friendship has blossomed because of our professional association. On the other hand, Kevin and I meet almost every Sunday at church where we sit in different committees of leadership. I think before I took the Clifton Strengths Quest five themes the on that stuck out to me was the learner. I think it interesting how I use my learning abilities in everything in life. Whether it is learning about lesson that it I was supposed to get in life. For example this week, an irate customer came in job, at the time is was the worst thing but I used one of my five themes to get the solution. I think I learned two objectives first a person will never satisfy everyone, and also never to act out of anger. I could have been easy to yell but it really would not solve anything. I think that I have gained much knowledge about using abilities in…

    My Strengths As A Writer

I have always had faith in my writing capabilities; however, it wasn’t until I started my first year of college English, that I realized no matter how great of a writer I thought I was, there was always room for improvement! Some of my strengths as a writer include personality, voice, and the ability to add transitions that give character to my writing style. I have many weaknesses in my writing: grammar, spelling, punctuation (which I happen to be working on every time I write), and many other quirks that a brilliant writer would catch. Between paper one and paper two, I have mastered projecting my “voice”, as well as my personality. I like my papers to feel as though I was sitting next to the reader and chatting with them about my story.…
