Personal Statement: A Career As A Nursing Assistant

Since I was young, I knew I wanted a career within the health and science world because I was fascinated and excited to learn about it. The exact profession I wanted to enter switched frequently but always landed into the previously mentioned parameters. I finally had decided to become a nurse and was dead set on that for many years. In high school, I enrolled into an online class to become a certified nursing assistant. I loved the course material and learning how the health facilities were run. When clinicals started, however, I found my feelings changing more negatively towards the class. I loved working with the residents but had a hard time not getting too emotional.
