Personal Statement: Sports And Entertainment Law
I am the L.L.M. student in the Entertainment, Arts and Sports Law teach at the University of Miami Law.
I originally transferred to the University of Miami Law form the UDC David A. Clarke School of Law, where I co-founded the UDC Sports and Entertainment Law Society with my friend Merancia Noelsaint and I was elected to be the vice president for two years in a row.
Currently I am serving as a member of the Sports and Entertainment Law Society because I am working on three Intellectual Property papers with my professor Dr. Stephen K. Urice for publishing in the journals. Otherwise I would serve as an officer.
In November I will be helping Dr. Urice at a closed-door Artist-Endowed Foundation Leadership Forum that will take place in New York

My birch tree interpretation is the embodiment of the moment that changed my life forever, which occurred in 1994 when my kindergarten teacher assigned the class to paint a tree. When I immigrated to the United States, I wanted to feed my passion for science, thus, I studied Neurobiology in the Florida Atlantic University whilst maintaining my own business in the fitness …show more content…

Furthermore, I sincerely would like to add many professional contributions to the future summits once I start to practice the

One would think that all the hype DC’s Sports bar of Eunice, Louisiana gets that it would be a great restaurant and have a great environment. The owner is Darrin Cobb and his restaurant is run by two of his daughters, Ashley and Brittany Cobb. DC’s serves food from 11:00 am until 10:00 pm and serves alcoholic beverages until 2:00 am. My experience proved the hype about this sports bar wrong. All though the food is exceptional, the environment and service was not.…

Many physical education teachers are being sued for negligence while on the job for what may seem to be petty reasons. Each and every year there are hundreds of reported cases that make it to court that pin responsibility and liability on the part of the teacher. Simple accidents occur such as a student not wearing proper athletic shoes or slipping on the gym floor, have resulted in trail cases. The image by Image Zoo reflects the idea that moving into the world involves different pathways. This image uses the rule of thirds and symbolism to bring attention to the four different pathways to the centre tree trunk. The rule of thirds draws central focus to the light coming from the tree. This light symbolises the light that is present through different pathways and journeys. Light symbolises the hope, possibilities that come with moving into the world. Even though each pathway comes to the same centre of light, it branches upwards into different pathways shown at the top of the tree trunk. The tree symbolises the “Tree of life” as the tree that brings possibility to the world, it gives life and experiences to everyone. This brings to the main point that moving into the world, shown metaphorically as the tree through the four different pathways to new experiences.…

Professional athletes face many issues, especially after their athletic career is over. These issues range from financial instability and degraded health to public scrutiny. However, professional athletes face unique issues concerning criminal conduct. I was sitting in my freshman geometry class, talking to some friends about injuries. We were talking about how none of us have ever gotten injured in our entire life. I had been playing sports since I was in the sixth grade, and nothing ever happened. In my life I had never broken a bone. I had never even sprained an ankle. I had never worn any kind of brace, taped an ankle, or talked to a trainer about any muscle issue or pain issue. When kids would lay on the court, I always thought they were fine or looking for a little attention. My thought was that they needed to rush off the court because they were dripping sweat all over the hardwood floor, and they were taking too much time up. I used to assume they were killing our momentum when they would fall down and cry because some schools…
