1. What is the significance of studying personality development for a hospitality management student like you?
The significance of studying personality development is very valuable to a hospitality management student because this could develop their characteristic and appearance towards others, helping them to be more understanding in giving out the service that the customer wants. Manage your people and your customers appropriately well since you know what good etiquettes in talking or dealing with different people when you start working in the hospitality industry. Being modest, gentle, patient, and helpful and some other traits that could describe and show hospitality can enhance and achieved as well with the help of the lessons in personality development. This could also make you act and look professional since you know how to perform well in the industry of hospitality.

2. Choose one theory of personality development and explain the reason why you think it is the best theory of all.
I chose psychodynamic as the best theory of all because this theory sees human functioning based upon the interaction of drives and forces within the person, particularly unconscious, and between the different structures of the personality. You focus on the inner workings of personality of people including their struggles and internal conflicts in their lives. You familiarize first the personality of an individual has. You don’t attempt on learning the individual on the outside just by judging or by making a conclusion that this person is like this and like that just because of his/her outside traits. By this theory, it teaches us that you can’t know a person in just a glance.

A) Time management and excellence in work
