INTRODUCTION TO PERSONALITY DEVELOPMENT:

Personality refers to the total behavior of the individual, but particularly to the relatively enduring and consistent aspect of our personality. Personality is a very vast term, it encompasses a number of factors like - The way you look; The way you dress; The way you talk; The way your listen; The way you act; Your habits; Your philosophy of life; Your versatility; Your willingness to help other etc.

The module is specially designed to help you to discover yourself, to provide experience and insight, which will help further shape your personality, to make a bigger mark, to develop your potentials and to be successful in life. It deals with some of the core factors necessary to help you achieve your goals. The basic concept is that you and you alone have the ability to be a winner, by changing your way of thinking.
