Abstract
The content of this paper will show that the church I attend it’s a very old church and the pastor has not develop it to the maturity of it growth. That it has all the making of a healthy church. The vision of the pastor has faded and the church is not petition God for new growth and direction. The personality of this church is in its infancy stage. I have often mention that the church I attend is dysfunctional. There forth in this paper I will give you a vision of the church that I see in the future because a change will come in it due season. In life when you plants you Have to do some pruning to your garden. I believe that this is a season for replanting the seeds of faith and continue in the faith that God will give the increase.

Church often take on the personality of its leader if you have a leader that not visible and
People person your church will be unhealthy and not able to connect with the unchurch and backslider. A growing church cannot exist if the personality is not prepared when new people enter and a follow up is not made. This is what happen several time at the church I attend. The members may care about each other they may minister to one another’s needs. But they don’t really care whether new people returned back to church service.
