1 How would you define personality? Personality is the character of an individual’s behavior and emotional and the mental state of a person.
2 What are some key personality features that define you? I am shy when it comes to getting in front of a group of people, dedicated to my job and ‘school. I will help people in need and not want anything in return. I love and trust people until they give me a reason not to.
3 What key concepts or “constructs” are used to explain your personality? My job and children and grandchildren. I have a good personality and love helping everyone in need. I go that extra mile to do what I need to do.
4 Are your personality features consistent or do they change according to the situation? My personality features changes with whatever situation may occur at that time. In most situations my personality stays the same and if it gets heated up I will walk away.
5 Have you ever taken a personality test before? If so, what was your reaction to the analysis? If not, what would you expect a proper test to measure? I have not taken a personality test before and I would expect for it to reveal that I am loving and caring and that I am very easy to get alone with. I love the outdoors.
6 What would make a personality test reliable and valid? The reliability refers to the consistency of scores and people receive similar scores on the same test on different occasions the personality is assumed to be relatively stable.
