This might not be as high as a normal spy plane but drones can be smaller because they don’t have to fit a pilot in the vehicle. The Raven is a drone used mainly to spy. It is small enough to fit in a soldier's backpack. This drone is the most known and the most used drone. The stealthy sentinel is a bigger drone and was helped to take down Osama Bin Laden. The biggest spy drone of all is the giant global hawk. It can spy for up to 35 hours. All of these drones are useful and they have no limits. Drones could help us gather lots of information, the U.S just has to be brave enough to start building more and making them
