be extremely uncomfortable, I know this from personal experience and it was not a great moment for me. This lady that was next to me in line was very overweight and she smelled horrible! I have no idea why she smelled the way she did, I honestly wanted to throw up. The scent can easily make someone want to move seats, and never want to ride with the particular airline ever again. Being Confined on a plane for a tremendous number of hours is really unfair to those who paid a good amount of money, and they end up being unsatisfied with their placement of seating.
“ I just hate being plonked next to someone who --- how shall I put it --- is a little too large for their seat.” Stated Julia Stephenson on DailyMail.com. I am pretty sure that a huge percentage of people would not enjoy being squished between two people twice their size like a patty between two hamburger buns. People should not have to worry about a person that is the size of a sumo wrestler, or a strangely lanky person sitting next to them. They are paying their hard-earned money to fly comfortably to their destination. Everyone is entitled to their own personal space , having to sit next to someone larger than you should only be by choice. Most people would not want to be stuck in that particular situation. Sitting next to someone who is twice your size will not give you a chance to move around comfortably like you normally would. I understand that is may be unfair and seem a little rude, but would you rather be uncomfortable for a long amount of time or be able to sit and relax without having to worry about dying of suffocation because the person next to you who seems to be strangely
close? It is pretty clear that overweight people can cause many conflicts on airplanes. If you want to have a comfortable flight without having to deal with odors, discomfort, and a very little amount of space you should definitely agree with the idea of having to pay more for plane tickets.
