While Opponents argue that if prop 63 is passed it will be a waste of public resources and divert the resources of our law enforcement officers, proposition 63 should be passed because it will ban large capacity magazines and a background check will be required for large ammunition sales. If this Prop is passed it would prevent any more mass shootings from happening.
