America was founded in 1776 at Independence hall and the founding fathers put forth a new government that was never seen before a democracy that was the first of its kind for thousands of years since ancient Rome. America was actually modeled after the great empire in hopes to avoid corruption in their own country in attempt to make a strong country that would last longer.
