Slavery is an unacceptable and unfair practice that can lead to human trafficking, abuse, and even war. Hearing it for the first time, human trafficking probably sounds like it deals with cars. To sum it up, abuse is any physical or mental harm to someone that they can carry on with them for the rest of their lives. As a result, it leaves deep scars and wounds that can infiltrate and corrupt an individual’s personality. Abuse also leads to tragic events in this world such as police brutality, or like the revolution when Britain abused its power on the 13 colonies starting a war. Furthermore, abuse can lead to a chaotic world full of arguments and suicide. The civil war started when the southern states decided to secede from the union. One of their reasons for secession was slavery beaches the union wanted to abolish it, but on the other hand, the south needed it for the economy. During the war slaves were begged to join the fight for the union and suprisingly, they did. To escape the southern plantations, slaves used methods such as the Underground Railroad or rebellions. In conclusion, the union won, but many people lay dead due to the casualties of the war. Why start another war based on slavery when we can just end slavery
