The climate change is happening because of us, humans. Climate change also known as Global Warming or the Greenhouse Effect. The Greenhouse effect is the one effecting the snow leopards. The greenhouse function is that it traps the warm radiation of the sun and it make the inside of the atmosphere warmer. By making the earth warmer is melts down the cold places. Since the snow leopard's habitat is places cold well the greenhouse effect is affecting their habitat. So i think we should figure out how we can use less of the gas and other chemical that can be creating the greenhouse effect. The solution of the trading snow leopard should be not allowed anywhere. Since the fur is really rare i think the people who try killing snow leopard should be imprisoned.

The snow leopards are part of the endangered list because of the skin trading and the climate change and the solution are putting the traders in jail and reduce the chemicals in the air that is causing climate change. I think that the snow leopard should be left alone so that the population could

Air pollution from PowerPlanet power plants are melting ice caps which destroy arctic animal habitats, which in return is killing the arctic species. Ice caps are sheets of ice that make up polar and sub-polar regions. Now with rising temperatures in the poles the ice caps melt and break off from the main lands. This will keep pushing animals inland, shrinking their habitable zone. WIth the shrinking of arctic animals’ habitat it drives them together which is not good for smaller animals who are prey to dominant species like polar bears. Ice caps can also seclude animals. Instead of you being on the block of ice, suppose it was a cute little arctic fox…

Endangered species are those that are approaching the inability to reproduce or maintain a sufficient steady state population. They are approaching a bottle neck that without involvement, nature will eliminate their existence on earth. Although humans seem to interfere and even initiate this decline of animal population, we ourselves are a product of nature, and if allowing extinction benefits the overall wellbeing of our species, then it is our natural obligation to allow such extinction to take place.…

A congress that allows the President to permit the public to kill hibernating bears and wintering wolves are ignorant and vile people. Truly. I really wanted to make these letters respectful but, this is out of control… Literally. What is it going to take to get politicians to take the natural environment (which even you live in) seriously? Mass extinction? That’s what you’re asking for with this! Undrinkable surface and ground waters? We already have hundreds of thousands of impaired waterways throughout the US and one of them is less than a mile from my apartment. In fact, the waterway in Pecan Park is so contaminated that the dogs at my complex drink it and within less than a day begin projectile vomiting. When I reported it to local authorities…

The wolf is a very important animal that should not be hunted. The wolf is a very important animal because the are so helpful and keep the herbivores from becoming too large. If there were no predators then all of the herbivores would get too large and eat all the grass, then no one would survive. Most of the wolves live in Yellowstone Wyoming. The largest wolf pack in the world is the Druid wolf pack. One of the reasons why I don't want wolves to be hunted is because in 1934 the wolves in Wisconsin almost became extinct. Wolves can help injured or diseased animals. Wolves even help the ecosystem…

Trophy hunting of lions is a sensitive topic with controversial undertones due to the players involved. Most of the world’s lions can be found in Africa, and it is here that these hunting safaris take place. Large portions of the people that participate in these expeditions are American citizens, and the trophies are exported back to their home country. The African lion has not yet been placed on the endangered list on the US Fish and Wildlife Services (Flocken). There are various schools of thought on whether or not lion-hunting is counterproductive towards conservation efforts. The number of lions worldwide (especially in Africa) continues to dwindle each year. There is concern that trophy-hunting is an important contributing factor. There…

When you think of lions, you probably think of them being king of the savannah, right? However, it’s not easy being king. Over the past 50 years Africa’s lion population has plummeted from over 200,000 individuals back in the 1960′s to fewer than 25,000 today. A shocking number if you consider the size of that continent, and by far the greatest number of remaining lion populations are small, scattered, and highly vulnerable. Ghana, Coted’Ivoire, and Congo are the latest African countries added to long list that have lost all their lions, and Nigeria, Kenya and Uganda predict local extinctions in the next ten years. The population of the African Lion is decreasing because of trophy hunting and habitat destruction. However, you can help save the African Lion.…
