Elbow pads: elbow pads help protect your upper arm biceps triceps and elbows.
Hockey gloves: hockey gloves are also important to have they help protect your hand when the puck is flying in the air you can reach up and stop it and the gloves will help so you don’t break your hand.
Hockey pants: hockey pants are very padded. When you’re playing hockey you fall and people trip over you and pucks fly and if it hits your legs they will hurt. Hockey pants help protect the top of your legs.
Shin guards: shin guards protect your knees and the bottom of your legs hockey sticks hit your legs and if you’re not wearing shin guards it will hurt very bad.
Jockstrap (men) or Pelvic protector (women): These are self-explanatory, keep yourself protected there not only used in hockey there used in other sports too.
Hockey stick: A hockey stick isn’t for protection as much as it’s for playing the game. They do break so have 2 just in case.
