Okay, last week I sent out the communication in regards to the new policy of max. 40 hours per week and the new state training requirements for DCW. I sent the grueling news 1st, and now that is out of the way! This email communication I would like to emphasize & recap deadlines, required paper work and policies. I know "oh yeah!", no wait I am offering a chance for you to earn raffle tickets for various components of this information. Each raffle ticket is worth $2.00, if you win and you had earned say all 20 tickets, you will be able to receive a $100.00 gift certificate of your choice. I will be doing the final drawing on Monday November 23.
Okay let's get started on how you can earn each raffle ticket!

2.) You will receive 5 raffle ticket for having ALL your time/sheet billing turned in for the whole year of 2015 thru Nov. 15th payroll by November 20th. Note: POLICY: Original wet signature time sheets need to be turned for each pay period billed. They should be turned in each pay period at least MONTHLY! ***After this email goes out & you receive another email from me that has more than one outstanding original time sheet that needs to be turned; I am
requiring you to email me with your own correction action plan on how you will get yourself adhering to the policy going forward :) The last resort that you may not want is for me to write it :)
3.) You will receive a raffle ticket for each CURRENT STATUS documentations for your personal files, which are:
Fingerprint Clearance card (DDD policy is submit new application & finger prints every 6 years - a month before they expire) Self Criminal History Disclosure (DDD policy is renew document every 6 years or renewed when re-finger printed for an updated clearance card) 1st Aid Training (DDD policy is renew ever 2 years & no online training) CPR (DDD policy is renew ever 2 years & no online training) Article 9 (DDD policy is renew ever 3 years & no online training)
The following items IF you are a approved Driver for transporting Member's:

FYI: The remainder of 2015 my assistant (Kelli) & I will be thoroughly reviewing everyone's personal file documents for all details that may have been overlooked by mistake. I will be emailing you directly if their is any document that needs attention for completion. I know we will be audited early 2016 by the state and I am trying to prepare us for an excellent review!
