What people don’t realize is that thousands of dogs and cats get put to death because people don’t adopt them and they overfeed them. Thousands of loving dogs get put to death or sleep because people don’t want to care for their animals. People just want to overfeed their animals “simply because people keep breeding more and more puppies to try to make money, and other people reward them for this by paying them for these puppies when they could instead save an innocent dog from death by adopting. People who buy puppies at pet shops fund the cruelty of puppy farms where the breeding dogs are cruelly abused and inhumanely killed. When the pit bull attacked his left side of his face including most of his ear was torn off. Also he was bitten so hard that part of his jaw was crushed. After that he was thrown in a cage and was left there to bleed. He was rescued by the police when they raided the facility and was taken to an emergency operation operating out of Ardmore Animal Hospital, in a suburb of philadelphia. Diane Klein refused to let Oogy die. Dr. Jamie Bianco operated for several hours to stop the bleeding, replace the blood Oogy had lost, and stitch the cavernous meat that Oogy’s face had become. With the help of all of the staff members, beyond the calculation of the odds, Oogy had survived.

Spartacus was brought home by a young child who found him in a parking lot. The boy who found the cat was staying with his mother and they noticed that the cat’s eyes were weeping. They eventually took him to a vet who told the boy and his mother that he would need surgery to save his sight.
