Introduction

Have you ever heard of animal abandonment? Well, maybe you haven’t and maybe you have. In chapter one of pet abandonment you will learn about animal abandonment and abuse. You’ll also find a couple of stories about a dog named Oogy and a cat named spartacus. Oogy had most of his left side and his ear torn off after being tied to a stake for bait for a pit bull. Spartacus had lost his right eye because of a condition called atresia. You will also learn about a girl who saved the life of many animals. Her name is Faye Carey. You will not believe what is happening to our pets when someone else gets them! Take care of your pets, save lives, and adopt to save lives!
