PESTEL analysis is factors that may affect the business environment during operation. The factors determine to understand the organization that impacts the strategy and technology information and could use for decision-making (Yeates and Wakefield 2004 p. 265). Emirates find a broad range of environmental factors from outside of the business is being undertaken, ranging from political, economic, social, technological, environmental and legal (Yeates and Wakefield 2004 p. 265).
The main environmental factors that is vital for Emirates Airlines is the high of political stability and low fuel prices. Dubai is part of the Middle East are a low crime and politically stable country, and monetary stability also Finance (Government of Dubai 2016).

High political stability and low fuel prices are the best scenarios for Emirates Airlines. First, the airline could secure fuel and does not need to change the flight path. Emirates could modify the fuel system technologies to become modern and safe burning. Recent reports that Emirates Airline already invested the youngest and the most technologically advanced of all other airlines. This new fleet proved that the Emirates have drafted to save the earth environment through gas, air, and sound. The second scenario, in improving technology features can reduce CO2 emissions in the combustion of fuel. Related to the situation of political stability in Dubai, the government briefly planned production levels for international companies or limited companies. Benefits desired by the government could promote their business's reputation and reduce the problems related to environment and economy. The third scenario, a variant of destination choices for customers in Emirates. Customers could choose the desired destination with a wide selection of destinations up to a given type of seats. Emirates have the sort of chair of standards to a high class with the facilities are met. As an example, Emirates issued a series of A380 in facilitating a high-class suite, onboard shower spas and Bvlgari amenities kits (The Emirates Group 2016). Besides; Emirates also expand destinations to customers with the aim to introduce quality products become the first choice of customers. The fourth scenario, find a benefit for employees. This advantage with their eco-technology and cost effective for customers. Technology designed to use with environmentally friendly materials, Emirates proved by establishing a new airline with a modern navigation system.
