Pet Peeving Research Paper

I really enjoyed reading your discussion post. I always find it interesting when reading another's classmates discussion post. When it comes to interacting with you customer and keeping them happy, you nailed it. You said, "we are constantly being rewarded for providing excellent service, in the end what is more important than job security." Without job security, you and your family could be jobless. One of my biggest pet peeves, is going into some department store or restaurant and encountering a employee who is has a additude and is borderline disrespectful. Why should I spend my hard earn money at said place of business, when, me the customer who basically pays you bills, is feeling somewhat slighted?
