One time, there was a girl who married her beloved husband on May 22, 1988. But after 10 months, the wife decided to file an annulment case for some reasons. She claimed that her husband was impotent or was not capable for erection because as expected for a newlywed couples, they were supposed to enjoy making love, or having the said sexual intercourse for their honeymoon. But this thing did not happen. Instead, the husband went to bed, slept on one side and then turned his back and went to sleep. And this thing happened on the succeeding nights.
Because of the effort of the wife to have their honeymoon on their first week as husband and wife, they went to Baguio. But during their stay there, there was no sexual intercourse happened between the two of them. The wife also stated that her husband avoided her by taking a long walk during siesta time or by sleeping on a rocking chair located at the living room. She also claims that she did not even see her husband’s most private parts. And because of that, she then claims that her husband was an impotent and a closet homosexual. She also said that he observed her husband using an eyebrow and sometimes the cleansing cream of her mother. And according to her, her husband married her, a Filipino citizen, to acquire or maintain his residency status here in the country.
One day, decided to submit themselves to a Urologist for Medical Examinations. And the results of their physical examinations were the wife is healthy, normal and still virgin, while her husband’s examination was kept confidential up to this time. While no medicine was prescribed for her, the doctor prescribed medications for her husband which was also kept confidential. No treatment was given to her. For her husband, he was asked by the doctor to return but he never did.
And in that case, the wife is not willing to reconcile with his husband.
On the other hand, the husband claims that the fault lies with his wife if their marriage shall be annulled by
