Hence, the company decides to unfreeze which mean by disabling the policy and implementing a change which is the flexi hours. This enables their employees to choose their own working hours and have more freedom and time for personal issues. The company then refreeze (stabilise) by collecting feedback from employees on the changes made. Besides that, due to majority of dissatisfaction of employees on the slow productivity and time consuming for applying leave, the company introduce the MyPassport system for employees to enable them to apply for leave and to be update with the latest news and announcement of the company.
