All Air Philippines flights have also shifted their departure and arrival operations to T3 which include services to the cities of Bacolod, Dumaguete, Iloilo, Naga, Puerto Princesa, Ozamiz and Tuguegarao.
In all, PAL Express will operate 75 flights a week and Air Philippines 56 a week at Terminal 3. Additional service, including PAL Express’ forthcoming service to Catarman in Northern Samar, scheduled to start August 1, will also operate from T3.
Regular PAL domestic and international flights using jet aircraft will still operate from PAL’s current hub at NAIA Terminal 2.
Airport officials said the terminal would have food outlets operating as early as next week once it signed deals with applicants including Figaro, Starbucks, Delifrance and Dunkin’ Donuts.

Terminal 3 of the Ninoy Aquino International Airport will start catering to international flights sooner than expected. This development came after Cebu Pacific (CEB) announced that it will move its entire domestic and international operations to the newly-opened terminal on August 1.
