I believe that each child is unique individual who needs a secure, caring, and stimulating atmosphere in which to grow and mature emotionally, intellectually, physically, and socially. It is my desire as an educator to help students meet their fullest potential in these areas by providing an environment that is safe, supports risk-taking, and invite a sharing of ideas. There are three elements that I believe are conducive to establishing such an environment namely, the teacher acting guide, allowing the child’s natural curiosity to direct his/her learning, promoting respect for all the things and all the people. My passion in teaching and desire to make a difference to an individual has something to do on my philosophy of disciplining them in my classroom. As their acting guide for learning, I maintain a well manage classroom environment. I structure my classroom to make it appealing to students. Hang different educational information on a display board and with organize cupboard for student’s portfolio. In addition to, I prepare my lesson a day before the class starts. Cooperative learning is my way of making them learn because when they are engage less misbehaviour will occur. Their mind became busy on what they are doing and they are not idle because being as such crave in seeking teacher’s attention. I enforce simple and clear rules for students to follow and set expectations from them. Every day, I assure them to be engaged on task productively thus challenging their inquisitive mind simultaneously. Allowing their natural curiosity to direct his/her learning I impose rules and procedures inside the classroom. Punishments are given but not resulting to having fear on me instead giving it in a subtle way. In that case they won’t resort to any inappropriate action and they will follow the rules appropriately. Rules such as listening to teachers while talking, raising their hands when they have questions and
