He joined a gym and started running to help get in shape. Since 5K to Marathon races started trending, my grandfather participated in several of them throughout the years including a half marathon. With age, he has had more health issues. After being educated by his doctor, he has stayed in tune with all of the conditions and medications that he is required to take and improving his diet.
