Vocational setting
All health and social care workers can expect to be engaged in some form of health education as part of their role. Sometimes this is informal and sometimes it forms part of a more structured health education campaign. It is therefore helpful for you to understand the different approaches that can be taken to successfully deliver a programme of health education. This assignment tests your understanding of these approaches and enables you to consider the steps you need to take when planning your own health campaign.
Health education can help prevent illness and disease from occurring in the first place or it can help people to recover from an illness or disease quicker or more effectively.
