Pinkie Pie Monologue Analysis
Pinkie Pie: *She begins to sing*
You could be home in bed
If you weren’t here instead
Or walk around being miserable
I’m so glad you’re not
You could be sad all day
Or have no friends
Or do whatever you do
When you’re just being you
I’m so glad you’re here
Cause if you weren’t here
Then you’d be somewhere else
And if you were somewhere else
Then you wouldn’t be here
And I wouldn’t get to know you
So welcome
I’m so glad you’re here
So welcome
Now I’ll get to know you
You could be in Canterlot
Or you could be in Manehattan
Instead you’re here
And I’m happy that you’re here
You could be in Appaloosa
You could be anywhere
Where any pony could be
If you weren’t here with me I’m so glad you’re here
Cause if you weren’t here
Then you’d

Three days, six hours and twenty-two minutes have passed. White walls seem to drag and crawl their way around me in padded squares. Shadows flickered on the walls moving waveringly around me. The room remains immersed in darkness, (drowning) but I can still hear the screaming man.…

Turn the lights out. His hands roamed roughly like stone scrubbing the grub off of my mucky pigmentation every time he sight blemished spots poisoning the fineness of my aesthetic existence. Over the past decade, the rise in gun violence has become a major problem and topic of Gun Control has been a major subject of debates in the political world with great support on both sides. I am writing this as person who believes that the citizens of this country have the right to own a firearm, but I feel that there should be some control over the ownership and selling of these deadly devices. When the topic of gun control is brought into a discussion the first thing people think is that the government is coming and is going to take away their guns or their rights and freedom to own a gun. This idea would be true if the government outlawed firearms, but gun control is just the implantation of regulations on the selling, owning, and use of firearms. I hope that this letter can inform our community of this issue of…

There are seven parts of the liturgical year, Ordinary time, Advent, Christmas, Ordinary time again, Lent, Paschal Triduum, and Easter. Ordinary time is common weeks that do not belong to a particular season and during this time Saints may be honored. Advent is the preparation for Christmas; Catholics are to use this time to prepare for celebrating the birth of Jesus. Christmas is the celebration of Jesus’ birthday which is celebrated December 25th of every year and for the following twelve days one for each of the apostles that followed him. Lent is a season that remembers when Jesus was tempted by the devil for 40 days in the dessert without food and water. During this season Catholics give up something they love or that tempts them to remind them of the sacrifices that Jesus experienced. The Paschal Triduum represents the day Jesus died on the cross and then the two days in between and on third day when Jesus rose from the dead in fulfillment of the scripture, we celebrate Easter. The Easter season last 50 days until Pentecost; Pentecost in the Judaism is celebrated as the birth of the church.…
