Objective and Contents
This course is designed to help students understand one of
the greatest challenge that organizations face today – the effective and efficient methods for implementing projects in organizations. It will provide comprehensive overview of the skills needed and challenges to be faced in managing projects in organizations. The course is divided into a series of major topic areas relating to different elements of project management.

Project Planning and Initialization

Our goal is to achieve a thorough understanding of the complexities of Project Management in both product design and service environments
