This dish had too much sauce on it making the center soggy. Only the outer crust stayed crunchy enough to my liking. The 2nd plate held a 10 inch Italia Sandwich made up of Genoa salami, prosciutto, pepperoni, provolone cheese, lettuce, tomato & house made Italian dressing on house made Italian bread. The Italia sandwich had a good flavor, with even amounts of produce and meat portions. I would say the bread was this dish’s downfall. It was too hard to bite into. I prefer a soft bread for sandwiches unless the sandwich is toasted, which this was not. If I’m going to eat a sandwich, it would have to be from Firehouse Hot Specialty Sub menu. Firehouse bread stays soft, even after being toasted. Lastly, the 3rd main dish consisted of Chicken Parmesan, freshly made, hand breaded chicken with marinara & mozzarella cheese served with spaghetti. The portion on this dish was enough to split between two people. The two chicken portions served were actual full breaded chicken breast vs Olive garden’s chicken parmesan, which is put together with two processed chicken patties and topped with meat sauce. Lucas’ Chicken Parmesan dish is very tasty, with a perfect side amount of spaghetti. The sauce wasn’t too sweet, or too bland like Olive garden’s meat
