Purpose of the Plan

This internal strategic plan is written with the purpose to guide the Ka Wai Yeung

(hereafter referred as KWY) team to stay focused on the aim of the company to grow internally; expanding from online to offline. It is to help the team to adapt to the changes that are happening within the business structure. By the meaning of ‘changes’, KWY is expanding in terms of personnels (new members with new roles) and product line (more categories). Hence with the plan, the members will have clearer idea to contact who for what purposes. It also aims to outline where KWY stands currently in the market and how it will grow bigger with the new launch of the retail store.
