Plan of Action My plan of Action is to start eating a lot healthier. This means no eating at the food court, no ordering food, less microwavable foods, and more cooking fresh foods. I will also aside from regular PT in the mornings, and remedial PT in the afternoons, I will work out on my own time.
My workout plan is described below. This plan is subject to change depending on what we do for PT that morning, and afternoon.
Monday – 1 mile run, 30min. ¼ mile sprints and pushups
Tuesday- 4 mile run on treadmill, 15min. Pull ups and dips, 5 min cool down on elliptical
Wednesday- 30 min run on elliptical, inverted sit-ups and planks, 15min. cool down on elliptical
Thursday- 30min 60/120’s, pushup & sit-up drills, ¼ mile jog
Friday- 30 min run on treadmill, 20min. squats and lunges, 10 min cool down on elliptical
Saturday- mock PT test
Sunday- Rest day
